Terms and Conditions of Entry: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLY. This sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is operated by The Dispatch Media Group (“Operator”), and (“Sponsor”).
(a) This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Sweepstakes Rules, which shall be deemed to include the specific information outlined at the top of this page and that can be found on the Sweepstakes information page (the “Sweepstakes Information Page”). The Sweepstakes Information Page is available at wendysbuckeyetrivia.com (the “Web Site”).
(b) This Sweepstakes is scheduled to begin on August 15, 2016 and to conclude on December 14, 2016 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Participants may log in and play daily by answering questions. Points are awarded for correct answers.
() To enter the Sweepstakes to win a prize, must: (i) complete the online entry form on the Sweepstake Information Page; and (ii) submit the required number of points for an entry for a specific prize, at which time the points will be deducted from your account. An entry will not be valid unless all of the required fields of the online entry form are completed and the information is valid. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled or modified, except by the Operator. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same computer, an entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the ISP account from which it was sent. For these purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such ISP account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an ISP account shall be determined by in sole discretion, and reserve the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes.
() The Operator is not responsible for any incomplete, late, lost, misappropriated, illegible, damaged, or misdirected entries, or for failure to receive online entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning or unavailability of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or the Operator. All entries received by the Operator will become the property of the Operator, are subject to verification, and will not be returned.
() The Operator reserves the right to alter or amend these Sweepstakes Rules at any time.
() Participants understand and agree that the Operator may take photographs, record video or record audio of participants’ participation in this Sweepstakes and/or notification that the participant is a winner, and that the Operator will own all such photos and recordings. Participants further understand and agree that the Operator may use on its stream, website or for any other advertising or promotional purpose in any medium, without payment or additional consideration or compensation to participants, participants’ name, voice, likeness, biographical information, participation in the Sweepstakes and any substance relating to their entry into the Sweepstakes.
Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes, participants must be Ohio residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and reside in the Columbus, Ohio, designated market area. Employees, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children) and household members (roommates, housemates, significant others, common law spouses) of employees, of: (a) the Sponsor, and parents, subsidiaries or affiliates, (b) the Operator, and its owned, operated and/or licensed media compliant and of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies, are not eligible to participate.

The prizes are expressly limited to the items listed above and do not include taxes or any other costs associated with the use or ownership of a prize. Such costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by the Operator in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for each prize during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will take place one (1) week prior to each game.

The Operator will notify each winner by email that he/she has won a prize and when/where his/her prize will be available for pick up. In the event a winner cannot be reached within two (2) calendar days following the Operator’s attempted notification, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and the Operator may select an alternate winner. No substitution of any prizes is allowed except by the Operator and no prize transfer is permitted. No prizes will be refunded or exchanged for cash. If a prize is unavailable, the Operator reserves the exclusive right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The Operator will not ship any prize to a prize winner.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.
Affidavits and Releases: Each prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and Indemnification Agreement (the “Affidavit and Release”) prior to receiving the prize. Failure to sign and return the Affidavit and Release or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in disqualification of the prize winner and forfeiture of any prize or interest in a prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, each winner agrees to (i) provide the Operator with his/her name, address, voice, photograph, videotape and any other likeness as requested by the Operator for advertising or publicity purposes and (ii) the use of such material and statements made by or attributed to him/her relating to the Operator or this Sweepstakes, and releases any and all rights to said use in any and all media without further compensation except where prohibited.
Limitation on Liability: By entering this Sweepstakes, all participants release, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, the Operator and its owned and operated radio stations, Sponsor, IMG College, LLC and each or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and franchisees, and each or any of their respective officers, directors, agents, promotional partners and employees (each a “Released Party” and collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prizes, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss, arising in any manner, including, but not limited to, an act or omission, whether negligent, intentional or otherwise, of any Released Party. Released Parties are not responsible for prize quality or utility. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in this Sweepstakes. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any person’s computer or data related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials from the Web Site or this Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for cheating or fraud by any participant. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of this Sweepstakes, or to defraud the Sponsors in any way, may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants who engage in any of the foregoing activities, or who otherwise fail to comply with any of these Official Rules or tamper with the Sweepstakes in any way, will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won. The Operator shall not be liable for any losses or injuries of any kind resulting from the rejection of any entry in the Sweepstakes or prohibition of any person from participating in the Sweepstakes, based on the Operator’s belief that a person failed to comply with any of the Sweepstakes rules or is suspected of fraud or other misconduct. If, for any reason and at any time, this Sweepstakes is not capable of being operated as planned, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Operator, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then the Operator reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and award prizes among eligible entries received.
Sweepstakes Disputes: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by and comply with these Official Rules. Any and all disputes, which cannot be resolved, and any claims or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Each participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and agrees that all matters pertaining to these Official Rules and disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to any conflicts or choice of law rules or provisions (whether of Ohio or any other jurisdiction). Further, notwithstanding the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, in any such dispute, a participant will not, under any circumstances, be permitted to obtain awards for, and each participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, and each participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased or to seek to recover his or her attorneys’ fees. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

We reserve the right to collect Personal Information using any new technology yet to be developed and to use such technology to provide new services and features to you, as well as for marketing and promotional purposes. Specific information regarding your choice to Opt-in or to Opt-out to such use, or for sharing your Personal Information with Advertisers, will be provided once the new technology, service, or feature is introduced.
WEBSITE COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information. We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests, to save your password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site, and for other purposes.
Our Site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their first and last name, mailing address, phone number, and email address) and demographic information (like their zip code, age, or gender). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about the rewards service, and to notify and ship prizes to the winners of auctions, sweepstakes, or contests as well as mail checks for cash earned on purchases made through the rewards service. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. We give users the option to remove their information from our database, to not receive future communications, or to no longer receive our service, by submitting your request to Member Support. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor the visitor's experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences. This information is shared with advertisers and other third parties on an aggregate basis.
Unless stated otherwise, we do not request contact information for a mobile phone, text messaging or any wireless device that includes a domain name address (such as ".net" or ".com") as part of the contact information. Federal law prohibits the sending of commercial email messages directly to a wireless device that uses a domain name, unless you have first given your affirmative consent. We may inadvertently collect a wireless device number that includes a domain name when you send us an inquiry or register for a contest or membership club. We reserve the right to respond to user inquiries or requests sent via a wireless device that uses a domain name as such messages are not deemed to be commercial email and therefore, are not regulated by Federal law. However, when "computer to phone" commercial emails are prohibited by law, we may reject your wireless device contact information when such information is submitted for certain Site features or services. We will attempt to notify you if we will need new contact information.
For specific purposes (such as the purchase of goods and services) we may request a type of confidential personally identifiable information which shall be called "Sensitive Personal Information" and is defined as any individual's: (1) social security number; (2) driver's license number or state identification card number; or (3) account number, credit or debit card number, in combination with any required security code, access code or password that would permit access to an individual's financial account. This Sensitive Personal Information will only be used to implement the specific activity or event it was submitted for. We will not share your Sensitive Personal Information with Advertisers.
However, more general Personal Information will be used to implement the specific activity or event and will also be used for the marketing of additional events, services and merchandising for this Site and the Operators.
If you sign up for an email newsletter or alert, we will use your email address to deliver the newsletter or alert requested. To opt-out of any newsletter or alert, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or alert you received or go to Subscriptions and uncheck the box or boxes for the newsletters or alerts you wish to opt-out of.
DISCLOSURE TO ADVERTISERS
Advertising support allows us to offer, free of charge, many great activities and services to our users such as contests, sweepstakes and special events. Therefore, we may also use your Personal Information for the marketing of events, products or services of our generous Advertisers. There are two ways users may receive such information from Advertisers, either indirectly via newsletters, email or direct mail from the Site, or directly from the Advertiser. We may use one or both methods depending on the activity and the Advertiser.
Our opt-in program allows you the opportunity to request to be contacted with additional information, to receive special offers and/or to receive materials from Advertisers. If you elect to opt-in to receive information, materials or special offers from these third parties, you give the Operators permission to transfer your personal information to our partners so they can fulfill your request. We will only share your information with those Advertisers or category of Advertisers you specifically opt-in to. Our third party partners have separate privacy and data collection practices; the Operators have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies.

You have the option of completing online surveys as a part of the rewards service. Among other things, our surveys ask for demographic information (like income level). The information collected through these surveys is used to tailor our visitors' experience at our site and may be shared with advertisers and other third parties on an aggregate basis.
Our Site also provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our Advertisers at the point where we request information about the visitor.
We give users the option to remove their information from our database, to not receive future communications, or to no longer receive our service, by submitting your request to Member Support.
SECURITY MEASURES
We conduct the collection, management, maintenance and storage of website user information in a secure and commercially reasonable manner using acceptable industry standards of security technology and practices (such as electronic security systems and password protections) to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of Personal Information. We also request that our operational service providers take such precautions. The Operator databases are accessible only by authorized personnel.
However, please note that when users transmit Personal Information over an unsecured Internet connection, the Site is not responsible for the security of that information during the transmission stage as your email or registration could be copied or intercepted by unknown third parties. We use a secured connection only for the collection of Sensitive Personal Information, which is necessary for the purchase of goods or services, but we do not use a secured connection for other types of activities. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY POLICY
Although persons of all ages may visit our Site and participate in activities that do not require the collection of Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information, we do not knowingly or intentionally collect Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information from children under the age of 13. Except for the limited circumstances listed below, we will automatically reject and delete the registration or entry of any person we believe in good faith to be underage. Any false or fraudulent registration or entry from a minor will be deemed to be ineligible and will disqualify the minor from the receipt of a prize, benefit, or other participation.
Except to meet Federal Communications Commission ("FCC"), or other regulatory and legal purposes, we will not use, store, or disclose any child's Personal Information to a third party without prior parental consent.
This Site may have contests and prizes that could appeal to children. However, we do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal Information from children. If we unintentionally receive Personal Information from children under the age of 13 in relation to this activity, we will comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA") and reject and destroy such correspondence upon knowledge of such collection, except for the limited circumstances above. The Operators of Atlanta's Rock Rewards qualifies for the alternative option; it has a comprehensive privacy policy and provides you with details on how you may Opt-out or Opt-in to the use of your Personal Information by third parties for direct marketing purposes. Therefore, we are not required to maintain or disclose a list of the third parties that received your Personal Information during the preceding year for marketing purposes.

Cookies/Image Tags

Prizes
One winner will be chosen each Contest Week to receive a prize including
Schmidt’s sausage and sides for the winner and up to 20 friends.
Winners will be chosen each Friday of Contest Weeks, which begin
Monday, May 11, followed by 18, 25, June 8, 15, 22, 29, July 6, 13, 20,
27, August 3, 10.
Each Prize is valued at $579.
Prize Winners will be notified via email or phone.

Official Rules
How to Enter:
No Purchase Necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
Must be 18 or older to enter and win.
Enter at www.10TV.com/contests. Complete and submit the official entry
form during contest Weeks to be entered into the contest
Contest participants must include on their entry their personal “reason to
celebrate”.
Participant must reside in the central Ohio designated market area (DMA) as set
by Nielsen Media Research. Counties in the central Ohio DMA include: Athens,
Coshocton, Crawford, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Guernsey, Hardin,
Hocking, Knox, Licking, Madison, Marion, Morgan, Morrow, Perry, Pickaway,
Pike, Ross, Union.
How to Win:
Entries will be judged and a winner chosen weekly at the sole discretion of
10TV judges.
Eligibility and participation:
No purchase or other valuable consideration required to participate. Void where
prohibited by law. Individuals must be 18 years or older as of Monday, May 11,
2015, to be eligible. Contest begins on Monday, May 11, 2015, and concludes on
Friday, August 14. Employees, and their immediate families or persons living in
their households, of WBNS-TV, Inc., The Columbus Dispatch, and their
advertising agencies, affiliates and/or subsidiaries of any of the above, are not
eligible to enter or win.
Award of Prizes and Restrictions:
By entering the contest in the manner described above, or by claiming a prize, all
participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. All entries
become the property of WBNS-10TV.
All prize winners are subject to verification. All prize winners at the time of
winning must provide their correct name, address, telephone number, and date
of birth to WBNS-10TV. Verification will be by confirmation of the winner’s
address, telephone number, and date of birth. Prize winners are required to
provide a valid state driver’s license, Passport, and/or birth certificate for
verification (“Proper Identification”). The prize must be collected by the prize
winner only. The prize may not be assigned or transferred. WBNS-10TV and its
affiliates are not responsible for any contestant’s inability to make arrangements
to take delivery of the prize or prove eligibility.
WBNS-10TV “Dom’s Backyard BBQ” winners will be required to execute an
affidavit which releases WBNS-10TV from liability for any loss or damage or
claim of property related to the prize winner's participation in the contest and/or
usage of the prize.
The prize winners grant WBNS-10-TV and its affiliates, full and unlimited
permission to use the prize winners personality, including the prize winners
names, likenesses, and voices for promotional and publicity purposes, including
all advertising, promotions, news coverage, and features without further
compensation. As a condition of winning, prize winners agree to make
themselves available to WBNS-10TV and its affiliates and parent company for
interviews, photographs, and video taping.
The “Dom’s Backyard BBQ” prize winners are solely responsible for all federal,
state, and local taxes due in connection with the prize. Winners will be required
to fill out a 1099 tax form, which will be forwarded to the IRS.
If the “Dom’s Backyard BBQ” prize winners are not able to claim his or her Prize
within 7 days of notification, or if the prize winner fails to provide Proper
Identification and sign the appropriate releases, or if the announced prize
winners are determined to be an ineligible participant, then in any such case
WBNS-10TV shall declare the prize forfeited.
The decisions of WBNS-10TV, concerning any and all matters with respect to the
“Dom’s Backyard BBQ” Contest and the awarding of the prizes, shall be final.
WBNS-10TV will not be responsible for telecommunications systems
malfunctions and/or failures that might impede an entrant’s ability to submit an
entry.
WBNS-10TV reserves the right to disqualify any contestant tampering with the
operation or conduct of the contest.
WBNS-10TV reserves the final judgment on all matters pertaining to this contest
including the right to change or modify the rules, or to discontinue or extend the
contest without prior notice.
Any dispute that may arise regarding this contest is governed by the law of the
State of Ohio and the exclusive forum for resolving any dispute related to the
contest is in Franklin County, Ohio.
